This agreement is between you (the “Ambassador”) and Event World, Inc., operator of BRIXXLE (“BRIXXLE”, “we”). By applying to the Global Ambassador Program you accept it. It sits alongside the BRIXXLE Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
The program pays you a commission when people you send to BRIXXLE through your tracked link buy a ticket or start a paid membership. You promote; every sale closes on brixxle.com or a partner site. You never take payment, hold inventory or handle cash on our behalf, and you are not our agent, employee or partner.
You must be at least 18, hold a BRIXXLE account in good standing, complete identity verification before your first payout, and be able to receive payouts through the method we offer in your country. We may accept or decline any application, and may close the program or your participation at any time.
We issue you a unique code. Clicks on links carrying your code connect the visitor to you for the attribution window published on the program page (currently 30 days). Where two ambassadors’ links are clicked, the most recent click before purchase earns the ticket commission. Membership commission belongs to the ambassador whose code was on the account when it was created and does not change afterwards.
Rates are published on the program page and may change. Changes apply to sales after the effective date and are never retroactive. Every commission is calculated on money BRIXXLE actually receives: ticket commission on the ticket face value once BRIXXLE’s fee is collected, membership commission on the plan amount collected each month for the number of months published, and partner-site commission as a share of what the partner pays BRIXXLE for your attributed sale. Free tickets earn no commission but count toward the monthly bonus.
Ticket commission clears after the event has taken place and its refund window has closed. Membership commission clears after each month’s payment is collected. Partner-site commission clears when the partner pays BRIXXLE, which can take 90 to 120 days. Cleared balances at or above the published minimum are paid monthly; smaller balances roll forward. Payouts are in US dollars through the payout provider we designate.
If a sale is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, or a membership is cancelled within the published clawback period, the related commission is reversed and deducted from your next payout. A negative balance carries forward. We may hold a payout for up to 60 days while we review activity we believe may breach this agreement.
Share your links on your own social accounts, websites, newsletters, messaging groups and printed material; describe yourself as a “BRIXXLE Global Ambassador”; and run paid advertising to your own audience using the BRIXXLE mark only as we supply it.
Refer yourself, your household, or accounts you control. Bid on BRIXXLE, Brixxle.com, misspellings of them, or any ticketing partner’s name in paid search. Post links on coupon, cashback or deal-aggregator sites. Use bots, incentivised clicks, cloaked links, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, unsolicited bulk email or SMS. Impersonate BRIXXLE, a promoter or a partner, or use a partner’s logo. Make public statements about any ticketing partnership beyond “tickets available through BRIXXLE.” Misrepresent an event, its price or availability. Breach any law or platform rule where you promote.
A first breach results in a warning and forfeiture of the affected commission. A second breach, or any fraud, results in termination, forfeiture of unpaid balances and closure of your account. Our click, order and payout records are final in any attribution dispute.
You are responsible for taxes on your commission. US ambassadors receive a Form 1099-NEC once annual earnings reach the reporting threshold; ambassadors outside the US provide a Form W-8BEN through the payout provider.
We collect click, session, device and conversion data to run the program, and share the minimum necessary with our payout and partner-network providers. Your dashboard shows aggregate figures; we do not give you the personal details of people who buy through your link.
Either of us may end it at any time. Cleared commission earned before termination is paid on the normal schedule unless it was forfeited under section 9. Pending commission on sales that have not yet cleared is paid if and when it clears.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update it by posting a new version with a new effective date; continuing to use your link after that date is acceptance. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
