Spots, promoters, managers, listers, ticketing platforms, brands, service providers and ambassadors all connect to BRIXXLE in different ways. Whatever you run, there is a route in, and it starts with a conversation rather than a contract.
BRIXXLE is a discovery, ticketing and promotion platform for events of every kind, from morning markets to midnight shows. A venue needs a calendar that fills itself. A ticketing platform needs an integration. A brand needs an audience that is already deciding what to do next. We built a separate route for each rather than one product with the edges filed off.
Create an account, publish, sell. Nothing to install and nothing to build.
You already hold a calendar. Send it once or on a schedule and we keep it current.
Signed, rate limited and versioned. Tickets, inventory, redemptions and reconciliation.
We do the work. Listings, artwork, scheduling and promotion handled for you.
Find yourself below. Each route has its own setup, its own value and its own commercial shape.
Bars, restaurants, theatres, galleries, clubs, arenas. Any place with a calendar.
You bring events to venues and spaces, from a 50 seat show to a 50,000 seat festival.
You run events on behalf of other people, often several brands or venues at once.
Calendars, city guides, tourism boards, media sites and community pages.
Box offices, access control operators and regional ticketing platforms.
Launching a whiskey, a rum, a seltzer, a sneaker, a service. Anything that needs to be discovered and tried.
DJs, sound and lighting, photographers, marketing agencies, security, catering.
Creators, community leaders and anyone with an audience that goes out.
A new whiskey, a new rum, a new seltzer, a new anything. An advertisement tells people you exist. A sample in their hand at an event they chose to attend is what makes them buy the second one. We do both on the same campaign.
Your brand in front of people already choosing where to go, filtered to the cities, the event types and the guests you are actually after.
Sampling, giveaways and on site activation attached to real events on real dates, in front of guests who chose to be there.
Who saw it, who engaged, who claimed and which events pulled hardest. A read you can take back to your distributor or your board.
Five steps, the same for everyone, whether you are one venue or a platform with a million tickets.
A short conversation about what you have, what you need and where the friction is today. No deck required and nothing to sign.
Same weekWe come back with the route that suits you, what it will do, what it will cost and what we need from you. In writing, in plain language, on one page.
Two to three daysAccount, feed, API credentials or a managed handover, depending on the route. For an integration you get sandbox access and a written test plan before anything touches real tickets.
Days to a few weeksWe test together against a shared checklist and we both sign off the result. Nothing goes live on a promise.
One test roundA named contact, a monthly read on the numbers and an honest conversation about what to do more of. Partnerships that stop working get changed, not renewed quietly.
OngoingPublished, not negotiated in the dark. Listing is free for everyone. You pay when you sell, or when you want us to do the work.
Publish events, build a calendar and be discovered. No charge for any partner, at any volume.
All inclusive. Or split it, 3% + $0.49 to you and 3% + $0.49 to the patron. The same rate covers tables, cabanas and bottle service.
About $7 a day. We handle listings, artwork, scheduling and promotion so you do not have to.
Payments are processed by Stripe Secure Payment, PCI DSS Level 1 with encrypted checkout. Advertising and integration partnerships are priced separately. Ask for the rate card or the spec sheet and we will send it the same day.
No. Most partners run BRIXXLE alongside what they have. A ticketing platform keeps its own system and its own QR format. A venue keeps its existing calendar and sends it to us. We are additive by design, because a partnership that starts with a migration usually does not start at all.
No. We do not ask for exclusivity in any vertical, and we do not offer it. List with us and with anyone else you like.
An account is the same day. A feed is usually under a week. A full API integration is two to four weeks including a proper test round, and most of that time is testing rather than building.
You own your events, your listings and your customer relationships. We send partners the minimum they need for the job in front of them and nothing beyond it. If you need a field we do not send, ask and tell us what it is for.
That is fine. Listing is free and there is no minimum. A single annual festival is as welcome as a venue with something on every day.
Yes. Listers and publishers earn a share of tickets sold on the events they supply, and ambassadors earn on anything sold through their link. Both are tracked and both are visible to you as they happen.
Nothing. If you have a calendar, a rate card or an API document, bring it. If you do not, the conversation works fine without one.
Thirty minutes, on Zoom or the phone, whichever suits you. Tell us what you run and we will show you the part of BRIXXLE that matters to you rather than a tour of everything.
