For Promoters
Promoter Guidelines
Clean, current, accurate event content is what makes BRIXXLE work. These guidelines keep listings trustworthy and ticketing fair for everyone.
Accurate, complete listings
List events truthfully. Event name, date, time, venue, location, pricing, and age restrictions must be accurate and kept up to date. If details change, update the listing promptly. Misleading titles, fake urgency, or incorrect locations undermine seekers' trust and may lead to removal.
Content you have the rights to use
Only upload images, logos, video, and other media you own or are licensed to use. Don't post content that infringes someone else's rights or misrepresents a performer, brand, or partner. You're responsible for the media on your listings.
Appropriate content
Listings must not contain unlawful, hateful, or deceptive material. Events with age restrictions must state them clearly. BRIXXLE may review, edit, or remove listings that don't meet these standards.
Ticketing conduct
Set ticket tiers, prices, and quantities honestly. Don't oversell beyond real capacity, advertise tiers you don't intend to honor, or manipulate availability to create false scarcity. Once tickets are sold, avoid reducing capacity below the number already sold — the platform enforces this where it can, but the obligation is yours.
Check-in and redemption
BRIXXLE tickets are redeemed through the promoter check-in interface. Redemption is promoter-controlled: only your promoter account (or staff you authorize) can mark a ticket as used at your event. Each ticket carries a unique code and QR; treat duplicate or altered codes as invalid and don't admit on them.
Refunds and cancellations
Set a clear refund policy and honor it. If you cancel an event, communicate quickly and process any refunds you've committed to. Seekers are directed to you for refund decisions on your events, so make your policy easy to find on the listing.
Payouts
Ticket revenue is collected through the platform's payment processor. Payout terms and timing are provided when you set up paid ticketing. Keep your payment and contact details current so payouts and transaction notices reach you without delay.
Advertising
If you promote an event through paid placement, ads must point to a real, accurate listing and follow the same content standards above. Advertising may be billed on a per-impression or other basis disclosed when you buy it, and click-throughs to your event may be tracked for reporting.
Enforcement
Listings or accounts that break these guidelines may be edited, suspended, or removed. Repeated or serious violations — fraud, infringement, or deceptive ticketing — can end your access to promoter features.
